Brian Park

Brian Park has had a lifelong interest in both sketching and painting

His inspiration is mainly derived from coastal, landscape and city scenes; weather permitting he prefers to work plein air. He has attended art classes in the National College of Art and Design in Dublin and more recently the Burren School of Painting.

Currently, he is working with watercolours and is focusing on a variety of coastal scenes particularly in Co Clare but also in Co Galway. Recently he has been active painting Georgian Limerick which is of great interest to him. Even though Brian’s focus is on watercolours, he also works with “water mixable” oils.

During his lifetime, Brian has produced a considerable body of work in oil, acrylic, and watercolour.
