Storymaking’
.... painting,
pottery, drawing, mixed media, puppet making…
“The enchanted world of fairy tales, with its
princesses and stepmothers, its magic forests
and wise old kings, has been an integral part of childhood for hundreds of
years.”
Storymaking
is about listening, imagining and responding to a story in many different art
forms:
by painting, drawing, telling, acting, dancing and by, in turn creating our own
stories.
Storymaking
is one essential element for the creative power of the child to come into
action,
a power that includes a wide variety of potentialities.
During the
week each child will make, paint and present his/her own personal story.
