HONEY This
Organic Honey made in Valchiusella, a valley immersed in woodland and nestled
at the foothills of the Italian Alps. Here lives a group of people in a community,
'la Fraternita' di Lessolo', run by Carmelitan monks who set up a cooperative
that sell produce from their farm. This delicious honey comes from their work.

This
is a completely natural product that is not contaminated with traces of antibiotics
and chemicals used to treat crops.
This is Raw Honey: This
means that it is not pasteurised, unlike almost all supermarket honey, and it
is not ultra filtered, a process that removes most of the pollen. The
raw honey will still contain pollen, wax and propolis (this is a
residue mixture that bees collect from tree buds and saps, the bees use it
to mend small holes in the hive). This is because raw honey is left untreated
which means it is not heated through or strained. Raw honey is widely considered
to provide greater health benefits retaining all the vitamins, enzymes
and minerals from the flower.
